摘    要:为了提高空气隙型格兰泰勒棱镜的透射率,改善其使用性能,针对空气隙型格兰泰勒棱镜出射偏振光的特点,利用合适的光学薄膜材料,借助于薄膜设计软件,设计了棱镜斜面增透膜,633nm处单面的剩余反射率由3.365662%降低到0.000009%,并且在579-686nm范围内剩余反射率均小于0.009%.采用Al2O3做过渡层,既增加了薄膜和晶体的附着性能又使目标波长处的光谱更加平坦.讨论了入射角度和薄膜的光学厚度对剩余反射率的影响;薄膜的厚度误差控制在±8%以内,剩余反射率小于0.05%

Abstract:In order to improve the transmission rate of air gap type Glan-Taylor polarization prism and optimize its performance, according to the feature of air gap type Glan-Taylor polarization prism' s emergent light, using appropriate characteristics of optical thin film materials and through film design software, the prism cant anti-reflecting film is cksigned. The remaining single reflectivity reduced from 3. 365662% to 0. 000009% in the wavelength of 633 nm, and within the scope of 579-686 nm the remaining reflectivity all less than 0.009%. Using Al2O3 material increase film and crystal adhesiveness, enable the target spectrum of wavelengths became more smooth. We discwssed the influence of incident angle and optical thin film thickness error to reflectivity, respectively. Film thickness error is cowfrolled within 8%, the remaining reflectivity is less than 0.05%.
