| 摘 要： | 基于PKI(public key infrastructure)及Payword微支付机制,提出了一种只涉及到用户、商家和移动网络运营商的移动电子商务微支付协议。该支付协议适合于移动手机用户和大部分网络商家进行频繁交易,不仅保证了用户交易的安全性、不可否认性,还解决了交易商品只限于多媒体业务的瓶颈问题。同时在支付阶段提出暂扣付费的方案,在最大程度上保证了交易的公平性,有效地避免了恶意透支以及商业欺诈行为。

| Abstract: | A micro-payment protocol for mobile electronic commerce was proposed based on public key infrastructure(PKI)and Payword scheme.The protocol is suitable for regular trade of mobile phone user and most of the net businessment.The proposed protocol has better security and undeniability which solves the problems of Internet service commodity limit.In addition,an temporarily-keeping-cost scheme was proposed to provide more fairness with avoiding malicious overdraft and commercial fraud. |
