多目标系统模糊优选理论在城市饮用水源地选址中的应用

摘    要:以佛山市新饮用水源地选址为例,通过综合分析,提出了城市饮用水源地选址的9个特征指标,包括水量、水质、输水距离、投资等4个定量指标和河道地形、水源保护的难易度、对经济发展的影响程度、水源污染风险、对航运的影响程度等5个定性指标.采用专家评估法将定性指标量化,并将量化后的定性指标和定量指标耦合,应用多目标系统模糊优选模型,优选出了佛山市的新饮用水源地,取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract:Five qualitative and four quantitative indicators were put forward through system analysis for the selection of table-water resources. The four quantitative indicators are average water quality index, the lowest month average discharge in ten years, the distance of water transfer, and investment. The five qualitative indicators include river landform, easy degree of protect water resource, influencing degree for the development of economy, the risk of water resource pollution and influencing degree for shipping, which are quantified using expert-evaluation method. Combined with a multi-target system fuzzy optimization model, these nine indicators are applied to selecting a new table-water supply resource in Foshan City. The results suggest that the combination of the nine indicators and the model of multitarget system fuzzy optimization is an efficient method for the selection of table-water resources.
