调整采场布局简化系统—老矿井提能增效之路

目前,国内多数投产时间在二三十年左右的矿井,皆面临挖潜改造、升级的问题。由于当今煤矿开采技术的飞跃发展,老矿井当初的设计理念已经远远落后,采场布局严重制约了矿井的发展。文章针对淮南矿业集团潘二煤矿曾经陷入困境的状况,从调整矿井采场布局入手,通过采场布局调整,简化系统、降低成本,最终实现老矿井提能增效,为类似老矿井找到走出困境之路。
