摘    要:目前,国内多数投产时间在二三十年左右的矿井,皆面临挖潜改造、升级的问题。由于当今煤矿开采技术的飞跃发展,老矿井当初的设计理念已经远远落后,采场布局严重制约了矿井的发展。文章针对淮南矿业集团潘二煤矿曾经陷入困境的状况,从调整矿井采场布局入手,通过采场布局调整,简化系统、降低成本,最终实现老矿井提能增效,为类似老矿井找到走出困境之路。

Abstract:At present,the most domestic production in twenty or thirty years or so,are confronted by tapping the potential transformation,upgrade problem.As the rapid development of modern coal mining technology,the old mine the original design concept has lagged far behind,stope layout restricts the development of mine.According to the Huainan Mining Group pan two mine once troubledsituation,starting from the adjustment of mine stope layout,the stope layout adjustment,simplifies the system,reduces the cost, realize the old mine to efficiency,find a way out for the similar old mine.
