论大学体育中的人文教育

随着素质教育在高校中的深入开展,现代大学教育越来越重视融入以人为本的教育理念,以培养符合社会发展进步趋势的高素质、综合型的人才为目标。在这种形势下,大学体育教育也应该将人文教育的思想引入其中,在增强大学生身体素质的基础上,以体育知识、体育精神、体育内涵完善其人文素养,使当代大学生德智体美劳全面发展,健全的身体素质与心理素质双向并行。

On Humanistic Education in University Physical Education

Along with the deepening of quality education in Colleges and universities in the development of modern university education,more and more attention into the＂people--oriented＂philosophy of education,to cultivate social progress and development trend of high-quality,comprehensive talents as the goal.In this situation,the university physical education should be introduced into the humanities education,based on Enhancing College Students＇physical quality,sports knowledge,sports spirit,the connotation of sports to improve their humanistic literacy,so that contemporary college students all--round development,physical and psychological quality sound two--way parallel.
