| Abstract: | In this paper the relation between speed and effect of economic growth, the rela-tion between equilibrium and reform are taken as the growing principles, and then the un-due increasing trend in present China's economy is discussed. Consequently, the situation ought to be paid great attention to, in the meantime the correspondent counter-measures have to be taken. |
