| 摘 要： | 依据国家环保总局制定的生态城市指标体系,结合大庆市的实际情况对各项指标配置了权重。计算出1997~2003年反映大庆市生态城市现状和发展过程的几种评价指数,体现了生态城市指标体系的功能。大庆市生态城市建设目前发展状况良好,生态城市评价综合指数1997—2003年由0.701增加到0.802,各子系统的发展逐渐趋于平衡。产业结构比例的严重不平衡和财政分配体制的制约,是影响大庆市生态城市发展的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Based on index system of eco-city which is established by Natural Environmental Protection Agency,the weight of every index is adopted according to Daqing actual conditions.Some evaluative indexes of Daqing eco-city present situation and development process from 1997-2003 are calculated,which embodies the function of index system of eco-city.The results shows that Daqing eco-city generally develops in good conditions,the comprehensive index of eco-city increased from 0.701 to 0.802 during 1997-2003.The developmental level trends to harmony among the three subsystems.Deviation of industrial structure and distribution limit of state finance is the main influence factor of development of eco-city in Daqing. |
