汽轮机叶片钢表面高能微弧沉积316L不锈钢涂层优化工艺

摘    要:采用高能微弧合金化技术在汽轮机叶片钢表面制备316L不锈钢涂层.通过正交实验方法研究制备过程中功率、电压和频率3个因素对涂层硬度、孔隙率、腐蚀失重及综合性能的影响.研究结果表明,输出电压对沉积层的性能影响较大,频率和功率次之;当工艺参数为:电压46.V,频率50Hz,功率945W时,得到的沉积层的综合性能最高.

Abstract:Orthogonal test is employed to investigate the influence of technological parameters such as power,voltage and frequency on the properties of 316L coating prepared by high energy micro-arc deposition technique on the steam turbine blades(2Cr13).The results show that the voltage is the key factor to the properties of coating,followed by frequency and power.The coating exhibits the best integrated properties at voltage 46 V,power 945 W and frequency 50 Hz.
