轴线直线度和同轴度误差的理论研究

摘    要:建立了符合定义的轴线直线度和同轴度误差的最小二乘和最小条件评定法数学模型并简要地介绍了获得采样数据的方法,从而为救是准确的轴线直线度和同轴度误差值提供了理论依据。按照中文建立的数学模型所开发的数据处理软件已成功地应用在XWY-1型形位误差测量仪上。

Abstract:The mathematical models of least square and minimum condition evaluation in accord with the definitions of axis straightness and coaxality errors have been established and briefly introduced the methods of obtaining the sampled data. The mathematical models provide theoretical bases for obtaining the accurate values of axis straightness and coaxality errors. The data processing software developed by ourselves on the basis of the mathematical models have been successfully applied to XWY I Form and Position Error Measuring Instrument.
