摘    要:针对城市机动车尾气污染的问题,依据复杂控制系统分析的理论,采用数学规划的方法对城市机动车尾气的排放实施最优控制,使得大气质量符合规定的要求,最终实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一。

Abstract:Bases on the theory of analysis of complicated controlling system and uses the means of mathematics planning to explore the most optimum means of controlling the vehicle exhaust pollution in municipal. The countermeasures and the plans for controlling the vehicle exhaustion that leads to air pollution had also been put forward and would improve air quality of municipal. At last, the benefits of economy, society and environment would unite.
