| Abstract: | Civil legal relationship is the core theory in civil system.To some extent,the science of civil law is the science of civil legal relationship.The comprehension of the theory of civil legal relationship justifies the famous saying,which goes "Once the key link is grasped,everything falls into place".And at the same time,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to guide our civil legislation,judicial practice as well as legal teaching. |
