青海蚕豆根瘤菌共生固氮效应的研究

摘    要:蚕豆根瘤菌属于快生型根瘤菌,24h形成菌落。在盆栽试验中,蚕豆根瘤菌QX-2与蚕豆具有良好共生效应,其株高、茎叶干重及含氮量,株瘤数,根瘤重量以及固氮酶活性等,均明显高于不接种对照,固氮率提高69.49%。接种根瘤菌是提高蚕豆共生固氮效应的技术措施。

Abstract:Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae was of Rhizobia of fas-growing type, it could form colony within 24h. In the pot xperiments of an ffinity between the strains and viceae cultivaris, the excellent symbiotic effect was found among strain Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae Qx -2 and viceae ,Whose plant height,dry weight and nitrogen contents of stems and leaves,and also activity of nitroyenase were higer than those of the control soybean plant (without inoculation).Nitrogen-fixing efficiency was increased by 69.49% espectively.
