| 摘 要： | 经济的全球化必然要求人才的国际化。人才国际化表现为人才素质的国际化、人才市场的国际化和人才培养的国际化。为此,培养人才的高校应实现教育的国际化。从培养理念、培养战略、培养对象、教学内容、教学手段、师资等六个方面构建了国际化人才培养系统。并结合专业国际化教学体系,论述了国际化人才培养的实施。

| Abstract: | The globalization of economy is bound to require the internationalization of talents which is exhibited by the internationalization of talents quality,talents market and the training of talents.Therefore,higher institutions should internationalize education in talents training.Training system for internationalized talents can be constructed from the aspects of concept,strategy,object,teaching content,teaching method,teacher,etc.Implementation of the system is also dwelled upon. |
