BaTiO_3热敏电阻陶瓷添加物效应机理的探讨

摘    要:本文以离子化学价控原理和晶界结构特性论述钛酸钡基PTC陶瓷引入添加物和杂质离子对BaTiO3晶体半导化和PTC效应的机理.为合理选择原料和有效地控制工艺.以解决生成过程组成敏感性及其产品质量稳定性指出方向.

Abstract:The mechanism of the semiconducterization or barium titanate ceramics crystal and the effect of PTC on BaTiO3-based PTC ceramics by the introduction of some additive and impurity ions, have been described. According to the principle of ionic chemical valence control and the structural characteristics or crystal boundary for the reasonable selec- tion of raw materials, and the effective control of the process technology, we give orientation in the sensitivity of the composition of production process, and in the stability of product quality.
