| 摘 要： | 分析了目前我国股份制商业银行绩效评价中存在的弊端,以平衡记分卡(BSC)为基础,构建了以远景和战略为中心的股份制商业银行绩效评价体系,并提出了应用该体系进行绩效评价时应注意的事项。
