马铃薯茎尖脱毒、复壮及病毒检测研究

摘    要:文章研究不同激素组合处理对马铃薯茎尖诱导成活的影响,不同直径大小的茎尖对脱毒率的影响,以及植物生长延缓剂B9对试管苗复壮的影响.结果表明:培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+GA30.02mg/L的激素组合对茎尖的诱导成活率最高,为50%.以直径大小为0.2mm带1~2个叶原基的茎尖为外植体,其成活率与脱毒率较高,分别为68%和56%.当B9浓度为15mg/L时,马铃薯壮苗效果最好.

Abstract:The paper the authors studied the effects of different hormone combinations on survivai rate of meristem culture and the effects of meristem size. The results showed that the best effect of hormone com-binations for seedling ratio of merisem tips on potato was MS+6 - BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA_3 0.02 mg/L, which rate was 50%. The explants in size of 0.2 mm with two phyllomes have a higher sur-vival ratio and virus-free, which was 68% and 56%. When the combinations of B_9 was 15 mg/L, the effects of inductive on strengthening plantlets was the best.
