锈蚀钢筋混凝土受弯构件承载力评估

摘    要:考虑锈胀力引起的钢筋周围混凝土双向应力状态,建立了锈蚀开裂前钢筋混凝土受弯构件承载力评估模型;应用无粘结预应力钢筋应力计算方法,又建立了锈蚀开裂后钢筋混凝土受弯构件承载力评估模型。试验结果表明:建立的承载力评估模型与试验结果吻合较好,可用于锈蚀钢筋混凝土受弯构件承载力评估。

Abstract:In consideration of the bi-directional stress state of concrete around the reinforcement caused by the corrosion-induced expansion force, a flexural strength evaluation method is developed for reinforced concrete members before the occurrence of corrosion-induced cracks. By use of the stress calculation method for unbonded prestressed reinforcement, another evaluation model is developed for reinforced concrete flexure members after cracking. Experiments show that the models developed are in good agreement with experimental results. So the models can be used for evaluation of flexural strength of corroded reinforced concrete members.
