三峡库区少数民族地区养老问题探析——以重庆市万州区恒合土家族乡八一村为个案

进入21世纪,我国进入了老龄化社会。人口老龄化给我国各地区的经济、文化等方面都带来了较大的影响,其中对社会保障制度的影响最突出。与此同时,人口老龄化也给三峡库区,尤其是少数民族地区的经济、社会和谐发展带来了许多影响。文章以三峡库区的一个土家族村落为个案,分析了少数民族农村的养老现象及存在问题,并提出了一些解决问题的措施。
