| 摘 要： | 几丁是由β（１，４）甙键连接的聚－２－乙酰氨基－２－脱氧Ｄ－吡喃葡糖，经浓碱水解脱乙酰基可制得脱乙酰几丁。本文采用分步水解法在１１０℃，４０％ＮａＯＨ中制得了脱乙酰度在９０％以上的高脱乙酰几丁，并分析探讨了几丁及脱乙酰几丁的热稳定性及热裂解行为。
