光测综合应力模型实验研究

摘    要:本文提出一种新的高容重、低弹模的实验材料,采用埋置在模型内的高灵敏度、低弹模的光测元件观测本身的应力。利用模型材料自身的重力可以产生与原型相似的累积的构筑荷重,同一个模型可以重复用于多种荷载工况。这种新的实验方法为研究由水压、自重等等荷载引起的综合应力提供有利的条件,并将提高实验效率。本文还给出了一个应用实例。

Abstract:The paper introduced a new model material of high volumetric weight and low elastic modulus. Photoelastic elements with high sensitivty and low elastic modulus were embedded in the model for observing local stresses. The self weight of the model material can be used for producing the accumulative structure weight similar to that of the prototype. The same model can be used repeatedly for various load conditions. The new experimental method provides favourable conditions for analysing comprehensive stresses (due to the load of water pressure, dead weight and etc.) and will raise the efficiency in model testing. An example of using the new method for the accumulative dead weight test of certain hydraulic structure is also given.
