| 摘 要： | 依据工程检测中4个基本主体存在着信息不对称的基本原理,分析了在工程检测关系中可能存在的各种信息隐藏、行为隐藏方面的道德风险和逆向选择问题,并提出了有效约束信息优势方的可行性措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the fundamental principles of the asymmetry of the information existing in four basic main bodies, this paper analyzes on the moral risks of various information hiding and behavior hiding probably existing in the engineering detection relationship, and puts forward some feasible measures for making effective restraint of the information dominators. |
