Liang Qicaho was enthusiastic about politic in his youth, but devoted to scholarship in his late years. Both in politic and in study, he had a final purpose--to save and promote the motherland. So there are mixed qualities of politician and learner in his scholarship. While his literary and art thoughts have duel characteristics, focusing on the study attributes, say, the research of the characteristics of literate, also the political attributes, say, the concern of political and public life.
