铸造过程的CAE数值模拟技术

摘    要:铸件充型凝固过程数值计算以铸件和铸型为计算域,包括熔融金属流动和传热数值计算,浇注系统设计,模具设计等.铸造过程数值模拟技术是利用计算机技术来改造和提升传统铸造技术,现阶段的铸造CAE(Computer Aided Erlgineering)软件能够准确地预测铸件在充型凝固过程中可能产生的缺陷,进行工艺优化,缩短实验周期,提高铸件质量,降低生产成本.

Abstract:The numerical analogue technology in casting process is a method and means to reform and improve traditional casting technique by using computer technology.This article demonstrate how to predict the defect that might happen during the filling and concreting process of the cast piece and cast mold by utilizing CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) software,and so as to optimize the process design.
