摘    要:以腌渍生产过程中的实际废水为对象,同时运用电催化氧化、电絮凝和外加磁场的电磁协同方法进行污染物去除效果研究。结果显示,在相同条件下,外加相斥磁场的电磁协同方法具有更好的去除效果,相比未外加磁场的条件,化学需氧量COD(chemical oxygen demand)和氨氮的去除效果分别提高了约20%和30%,能耗降低明显。该方法在一定程度上克服了传统处理方法投资高、运行成本高、运行维护难的缺点,是一种高盐高有机物腌制废水处理的新方法。证明了电磁协同方法在处理难降解废水方面具有应用前景,并可减少二次污染。

Abstract:Aiming at the practical wastewater treatment in the process of pickling production, the removal efficiency and energy efficiency of the method were studied by using combinedly the methods of electro catalytic oxidation, electro flocculation and external magnetic field. The results show that under the same conditions, the removal method with the electromagnetic repulsion field synergy is better than that without the magnetic field, by which the COD (chemical oxygen demand) and ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency are increased by 20% and 30% respectively, and the energy consumption is significantly reduced. To a certain extent, the method overcomes the shortcomings of high investment and high operation cost, and improves the operation and maintenance difficulties. It is a quiet suitable and efficient method for treating high salt and high organic wastewater in salt pickling process. The research shows that the electromagnetic synergistic method can be used in the treatment of refractory wastewater, and can reduce the secondary pollution as well.
