| 摘 要： | 提出了散热器设计的Ｅ－ＡＮＴＵ模型，利用多元非线性回归技术建立了散热系数和有效单元数的数学模型，为获得高精度的回归结果，采用二次拟合法对实验数据做了平滑处理，井结合最优化技术中的复合形法对１３０１℃型散热器进行了优化设计。
