摘    要:太极拳是中华传统保健体育之精粹,它融武术、气功、导引为一体,注重内外兼修,形神兼备.经常习练太极拳,可以流通气血,保护心血管系统的健康;怡养心神,延缓神经大脑的衰老;促进新陈代谢,提高内脏器官机能;节节贯穿,增强肢体关节系统的功能。

Abstract:The Taijiquan is the Chinese tradition health care sports is succinct,its friendly martial arts,the qigong,guiding is one body,inside and out the stress concurrently repairs,Frequently the Taijiquan,may circulate the vitality,protects the cardiovascular system the health;The joy raises the mind,delays the nerve cerebrum the senility;The promotion metabolism,enhances the function;Successively passes through,strengthens the body joint system the function.
