大孔吸附树脂吸附精制鹰嘴豆异黄酮的研究

摘    要:建立一种安全、高效、低成本的精制鹰嘴豆异黄酮的方法.以乙醇为提取溶剂从脱脂鹰嘴豆豆粉中提取了异黄酮,经浓缩、醇沉得到异黄酮粗提液.粗提液用6种大孔吸附树脂精制,精制效果表明:XAD-2树脂的精制效果最好,并研究了XAD-2树脂的吸附动力学及吸附热力学.获得了XAD-2树脂在不同温度下对鹰嘴豆异黄酮的吸附等温线,研究了鹰嘴豆异黄酮的动态吸附及洗脱特性.结果表明XAD-2树脂适合用来精制鹰嘴豆异黄酮,最终产品提取率和纯度都较高,分别为67%和21.29%.

Abstract:A safe,effective and low cost method to refine isoflavones from the chickpea was established. The raw isoflavones solution was extracted by ethanol from the degreased chickpea powder and then refined by 6 macroporous adsorption resins. The results showed that XAD-2 was the best resin for refining isoflavones of chickpea,then the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of XAD-2 resin for chickpea isoflavones were studied.
