| 摘 要： | 观察银白前口虫Frontonia leucas Ehrenberg切割去除口器的再生过程,发现靠近口后缝的纤毛条索对带核的无口器断片再生口器起重要作用。银白前口虫在口器再生过程中与皮膜上老纤毛结构相关,在口后缝前部的左边若干纤毛条索从产生新基体开始至分化成咽膜和口洼,最后与口后缝右边恢复的前庭毛基索组成新口器。

| Abstract: | The stomatogenesis is observed in the regeneration process on the fragments of excied Frontonia leucas. Some old kinety of cortex are relevant to stomatogenesis. The ciliary streaks nearby front-left of posboral sutura play an important role to oral apparatus regeneration in fragment with macronucleus. Developed from these streaks, differentiated into pharyngeal membranelles and buccal fosse, and connected with regenerated vestibular kinety nearby right of postoral sutura, New primordium forms new oral apparatus. |
