| Abstract: | The theory and structure of the CNS/ATM capability evaluation expert system is present. And the method of acquisition the evaluation data of the CNS/ATM, the construction of the knowledge base and synthetic data base, the dianoetic machine and the explaining method is illustrated exhaustively. The capability evaluation procedure of the system is given. A capability evalation method method to evaluate the capability of the CNS/ATM system based on expert system is provided. |
