重型车车桥换油周期的研究

目前国内重卡车桥换油周期一般在2~3万公里,严重影响商用车的出勤率,维护保养成本较高。通过对10辆重型商用车两种油品为期两年98万公里的行车试验,采用定期油样分析、试验完成后拆解分析的方法,确定了重型车车桥合理的换油周期。同时研究得出:同一油品使用在6×4或6×2重型牵引车车桥上,其使用寿命没有明显的区别;油品KRL剪切稳定性差是引起齿面擦伤的因素之一;可取消3 000 km首次保养的规定,延长换油周期至10万公里。
