全机结构试验起落架随动加载技术研究

摘    要:以提高起落架试验加载精度为目的,提出了一种适用于全机状态下起落架试验的随动加载方法;并设计了随动加载装置,进行了试验验证及实际应用。与传统加载方式相比,随动加载装置具有加载精度高、结构简单、安装方便的特点,有较高的工程应用价值。

Self-adaptable Loading Technique for Undercarriage in Full Scale Aircraft Structure Test

Abstract:To improve the accuracy for the purpose of undercarriage loading , A self-adaptable loading method was presented for the undercarriage test based on full scale aircraft , the self-adaptable loading device was designed, and its performance was validatd and utilized. The device is very important in engineering application with obvious advantages compared with the traditional one, including higher loading precision, conciser structure, and more convenient installation.
