飞机发动机的冲击、漂移故障信号的稀松分离与匹配技术

摘    要:为了提高飞机发动机的冲击、漂移故障信号诊断的准确性,提出一种基于逐级正交匹配算法飞机发动机冲击、漂移故障信号的稀松分离与匹配方法。根据冲击、漂移故障分量之间的差异,分别构建对应分量的稀松字典,建立飞机发动机运行信号的稀松分离模型,利用逐级正交匹配算法对信号中的冲击、漂移故障信号进行降噪和分离,获得冲击、漂移信号的特征信息,从而实现飞机发动机的冲击、漂移故障信号的稀松分离与匹配。仿真实验结果表明,改进算法能够对飞机发动机的冲击、漂移故障信号进行准确分离,效果令人满意。

Abstract:in order to improve the impact of aircraft engine, drifting on the accuracy of the fault signal diagnosis, put forward a kind of orthogonal matching algorithm based on step by step the aircraft engine fault signal of the impact, drift were separated and matching method. According to the different impact, drifting between fault component, respectively, construct the corresponding component is a dictionary, scattered aircraft engine running signal separation model is set up, using orthogonal matching algorithm step by step to shock, drift fault signal in signal noise reduction and separation, get a shock, drift signal characteristic information, so as to realize the impact of the aircraft engine fault signal, the drift of poor separation and matching. The simulation experimental results show that the improved algorithm can impact on aircraft engines, the drift fault signal accurately, effect is satisfactory.
