| 摘 要： | 本文给出了复方阵(未必是Hermite矩阵)是正定矩阵的定义,讨论了这类正定矩阵的特征值以及其行列式的模的性质,并给出了正定矩阵在合同下的标准形,以及复方阵是正定矩阵的充分必要条件。

| Abstract: | In this note,we give the definition for Complex Matrices(not necessary HermiteMatrices).The eigenvatues and determinants of this Kind of matrices are discussed.Necessary andsufficient condition are obtained while a compleX matriX is positive definite. |
