抗静电剂在绢纺生产中的应用

摘    要:本文对用酶制剂精练的精干绵在梳纺加工过程中的抗静电问题进行研究。根据蚕丝是高分子聚合物以及吸湿性能强的特点,作者认为其导电性能应以离子导电为主,其导电途径应以体积导电为主;从而找出以增加纤维平滑性和导电性的润滑剂和电解质为抗静电剂的主要成份,使能减少起电和增加其导电作用。通过生产实践证明本文的工作是有效的。

Abstract:The paper discusses the anti-static problems in the spun-silk spinning process where the enzymatic method is adopted for the degumming of raw silk fibres. It appears that the conduction of electricity on silk fibres is mainly ionic and volume conduction is evidently predominant to surface conduction, the latter being negligible. The identification of this characteristic has helped to find a lubricating agent for enhancing the fibre smoothness and its electric conductivity and a new anti-static agent has also been found that consists mainly of electrolytes and surface active agent and will prevent static charges from accumulating, thus increasing the fibre's electric conductivity. These have been proved effective in factory practice.
