论二十一世纪森林经理学科建设

简要回顾了森林经理学科的发展历程,认为基础理论不全不稳、认识机械、方法简单是传统森林经理存在的主要问题.对学科建设提出了如下观点可持续发展是未来森林经理学科建设的指导思想;整体性原则、多元发展原则、社会性原则是森林经理应遵循的原则;哲学理论、可持续发展理论、市场经济理论、组织森林经营的理论是森林经理的理论基础;适应社会需要,具备完备的基础理论、技术科学、工程技术,对森林资源实现有效的管理是学科建设的目标;"3S"技术、系统方法、网络化、模拟仿真方法是森林经理的基本方法;进行学科定位、森林可持续经营标准与指标的确定、经营管理模式的探索、人才的培养是学科建设急需解决的问题.

Discussion on the Construction of the Forest management of 21st Century

The development of the subject of the forest management is reviewed brieftly in this paper. The writer thinks that uncomprehensive and unfirm basic theories, mechanical understanding, simple methods are the major problems of traditional forest management. Some suggestions for the subject construction are made as followings: sustained development is the guiding ideology for the forest management in the future; entirety, pluralistic development, socialization are the principles for the forest management; philosophy, sustained development, the theory on the operation of forest are the basic theories for the forest management; meeting the need of society, perfected basic theories, technology science, engineering technology, efficient operation of forest resources are the goals for the construction of subject; "3S" technology ,systems methods, networkism, anologue imitation are the basic methods for the forest management; the location of the subject, the standard of sustained operation of forest and the determination of the quotas, the probe of the model of management, the development of qualified personnel are problems to be solved immediately by the subject construction.
