| Abstract: | With the development of higher institutes, archives department is demanded to change its notions in order to set up excellent archives infrastructure, to expand the sphere of archive service, to transfer the service means. Every archivist should enthusiastically work for the archive service innovation and, to the greatest extent, meet the need of all the staff and students. |
