| Abstract: | In this paper,the author has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the passage to sea in the Southwest China(Guangxi segment).Based on these intensive analyses,the author puts forward the conception of regional development strategy:"strengthening the foundation;optimizing the industries,connecting the points with axes;gradational development;deploitation and innovation;protecting the environment and sustainable development".The author also has expatiated on the policies,the measures and the suggestions for the implementation of the regional development strategy. |
