注射吸毒者针具来源、使用和处理情况调查——以韶关市某戒毒所为例

为了解韶关市吸毒人群针具来源、使用及处理情况,分析各个环节存在的主要问题,为以后开展针具交换工作提供依据,于2007年10月,选取韶关市某戒毒所有注射吸毒史的戒毒人员为调查对象,内容包括吸毒者一般情况、针具来源情况、最近针具使用情况及针具处理情况.结果表明：该人群针具来源主要为私人诊所和药店,共用针具高危行为发生频繁以及针具处理状况混乱,因此应在该人群中尽快开展宣传教育、针具交换及对废弃针具的规范管理.

A survey on needle approach, utilization and disposing among drug users——Take one of Shaoguan treatment centers as an example

To explore needle approach、utilization and its disposing among drug users in Shaoguan city and to locate the main problems in the whole process.All these can provide information for further interventions on needle exchange.All drug users were selected from a drug rehabilitation center in Shaoguan city,October 2007.Survey mainly covers the general situation of drug addicts,drug addicts,a needle was,the recent use of syringes,needles recently shared with a needle and deal with the situation.Results：Most needles used by drug users were from drugstores or private clinics.Needle sharing and repeated utilization of one-off needles occurred with high frequency.Needle disposing situation of drug users in Shaoguan city is very bad.So it is very urgent to deserve intervention with health education,needle-sxchange and establish a wellhandled Needle disposing system for drug users.
