摘    要:介绍了全面薪酬体系对人力资源管理的新要求及薪酬与全面薪酬的内涵,浅析了薪酬体系的决定因素、绩效文化建设的途径、高绩效文化的发展趋势,并归纳出全面薪酬的影响扩散模型及绩效管理新模式。

Abstract:This paper introduces the new requirements of the all- round compensation system on the human resource management and the connotation of the compensation and the all- round compensation,analyzes on the decisive factors of the compensation system,the paths of the construction of the performance culture,and the developing tendency of the higher performance culture,and sums up the all- round compensation's influence diffusion model and the newperformance management pattern.
