| 摘 要： | 本文主要将全国学校运动项目布点现状融入到全国竞技体育的大系统中进行分析，优秀运动员由学校中培养的体制形式将脱颖而出，加强学校管理体制的建设，争取建立以学校培养模式的后备人才培训基地，和建立部分项目的国家训练基地。结合中国的国情，借鉴发达国家的做法，从而促进中国体育后备人才培养模式从计划经济向市场经济的转变。

| Abstract: | Analyze school sports programs in the background of the national competitive sports system. Training excellent athletes from schools will be a new way. Strengthen the construction of our school＇ s management; set up school bases for fostering talents; build national training bases for some important programs. Considering the condition of China and learning from developed countries, we are aimed at shifting the person training mode of sports reserves from the planned economy to market economy. |
