摘    要:针对油气储运工程专业实验教学与科研的需要,设计开发了一套以DCS为核心的管道输送实验系统。该系统技术先进、自动化程度高、组态灵活,可模拟长输管道运行工况,实现从泵到泵、从罐到罐、旁接油罐等多种输送工艺,具有丰富多样的实验功能;并可用于专业实习、课程设计、毕业设计和研究生培养等。

Abstract:In order to meet the need of experiment teaching and investigation for oil & gas storage and transportation engineering, the experimental system of pipeline transportation was developed based on DCS, which with advanced technique and high automatic. The system is a multifunctional testing platform which can be used to simulate running of long pipeline, such as running between station and station, running between tank and tank, running between station and tank, and applied for fieldwork, curricular design, graduation-design and postgraduate training, etc. At the same time, conditions for the activity of science and technology research are provided.
