基于微观交通仿真的动态交通管理优化问题研究

摘    要:动态交通管理的优化帮助交通管理者针对实时交通状况制定出最优的交通管理方案.本文就此类问题建立了双层优化模型,并在下层模型中借助微观交通仿真模型,来评估优化过程中任一给定交通管理措施对路网交通流的影响;针对此模型,开发了基于模拟退火算法的优化解法.实践表明,借助下层交通仿真模型能方便有效地估量动态交通管理措施对交通流在微观层面上的影响,从而为上层模型中大规模的搜索优化奠定基础.

Abstract:Optimization for dynamic transport management are helpful for traffic operators to set up optimum traffic management plans,with respect to real time traffic conditions.A Bi-level programming model is build for such kind of problems,where a microscopic traffic simulation model is introduced to conduct the assessment to the network traffic for any given traffic management plan.To solve this model,a Simulated Annealing based algorithm is also proposed.It is proven that it is convenient and effective to assess the microscopic influence of traffic management strategies by the traffic simulation model in the lower-level,which lays a good foundation for searching and optimization in a large scale in the upper-level model.
