基于热轧生产实绩的变形抗力模型参数确立

摘    要:基于某厂热连轧生产线实际数据,用单纯形法对16个钢种的变形抗力模型参数进行数学回归,得出其相应变形抗力模型,利用该变形抗力模型计算轧制力,经与实测值相比较,所构变形抗力模型能综合反映诸因素对轧制力的影响,既能重现样本数据,也能准确预报非样本数据。

Determination of deformation resistance model parameters based on the measured data from a hot rolling plant

Abstract:Based on large amounts of measured data from a certain hot tandem rolling line,the deformation resistance models for 16 kinds of steel were obtained using simplex mathematical optimization method and the model parameters were determined.Rolling forces were calculated by the obtained deformation resistance formulas and the values were compared with those from actual measurement.The result confirms that the built model can comprehensively reflect the influence of various conditions on the rolling force.The model can not only correctly reproduce the sample data but also accurately predict the non-sample data.
