摘    要:介绍基于数控加工的箱体零件CAPP系统。其中,零件信息描述采用单元形面要素描述法,各形面要素加工方法、刀具选择以及加工余量确定采用逻辑决策,定位和夹紧方案以及零件工序的组合和排列采用人工智能技术创成式生成,工序尺寸的计算采用图论方法解决,工艺规程采用逐步充实工艺数据库的方法形成。整个程序模块运行于AutoCAD平台,采用ARX技术在VisualC++6.0环境中开发。

Abstract:This paper introduces a box parts CAPP system based on numerical control machining. Parts' information are described on main form elements ;the machining ways of the main form elements,cutting tools choosing and the rest of machining are generated by logical decision; the fixing way and the steps arrangement are generated by AI; the parts size in the steps is solved with figure theory; and the process plan is formed step by step with the help of logical choosing. The program is based on AutoCAD and is written through ARX technology under the Visual C++ environment.
