企业信息化模式探讨

在企业信息化建设过程中,由于各个企业在行业、发展阶段及管理模式等方面存在较大差异,信息化模式选择成为突出问题.影响企业信息化模式选择的因素很多,包括生产方式、企业规模与组织结构、行业生命周期与企业发展阶段等.文章从供应链的角度,将企业信息化建设模式分为两类,即以业务流程为基础向外延伸的企业信息化模式和以客户/供应商为中心向内部延伸的企业信息化模式,对企业如何选择信息化模式进行了阐述.

Discussion on the models of enterprise informatization

In the process of enterprise informatization,different enterprises have to choose different informatization models because of their different trades, developing phases and managerial modes,and the choice is influenced by many factors such as the mode of production,the enterprise scale and organizational structure,the life cycle and developing phase of the enterprise. In this paper,the enterprise informatization models are classified into two types in view of the supply chain, namely, the external spreading model based on the business procedure and the internal spreading model with the clients/suppliers as the center. And some issues concerning the choosing of the enterprise informatization model are discussed.
