| 摘 要： | 压铸是一种应用非常广泛的金属成型工艺，压铸模对压铸生产至关重要。针对压铸模的主要失效形式，分析了影响压铸模失效的因素，提出了提高压铸模使用寿命的措施。采用这些措施，可较大地提高压铸件的加工质量和生产效率，取得较好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Die is a widely - used metal - shaping provess. The die east dies is very important to the production of die casting. According to the main failure form of die cast dies, this paper analyses the factors influencing the failure of die cast dies and puts forward the measures for lengthening the service life of die cast dies. By adopting these measures, we can greatly improve the process quality and production efficiency of die cast dies and obtain good economic benefit. |
