基于差动变压器的浮子流量计位移检测研究

摘    要:浮子流量计应用于微小流体信号检测时,决定其检测精度的关键在于对浮子位置的精确检测.本设计方法通过浮子内嵌的衔铁,利用差动变压器式传感器原理,将浮子位移的变化转换为输出电压的变化以确定浮子的准确位置.采用这种方法设计的浮子流量计,测量精确度和灵敏度得到了很大的提高.

Abstract:For the study on a new type of micro float sensor based on the differential transformer,its key technique is the exact floater position detection.The solution detects the variation of position with differential transformer by permanent magent embedded in the floater.Adopting this kind of method designs,the measuring accuracy and delicacy of micro float sensor has been greatly improved.
