钢丝绳索力自动化检测系统的设计

摘    要:提出了采用磁阻式传感器的方式拾取钢丝绳振动信号的思想,设计出传感器的结构和对传感信号进行放大,滤波处理的电路,在单片机8031和个人计算机的控制下,实现了用8位A/D转换器对信号进行A/D转换,考虑到信号有有用成分频率较低,采用计算与单片机8031进行实时串行通讯的方式把A/D转换结果送入到计算机中,并利用计算机丰富的软件资源和快速的计算功能对采样数据应用快速傅立叶变换方式进行频谱分析,把求得的功率谱最大谱值所对应的频率作为钢丝绳的固有频率,最后,根据钢丝绳内力与其固有频率这间的内在关系,计算钢丝绳当前所受的拉力。

Abstract:The thought of adopting magnetic resistance sensor to acquire the vibration signal of steel rope is presented;The structure of the sensor and the circuit of amplifying and filtering the signal are designed,also,the signal's A/D transform by a single chip microcomputer 8031 and a A/D electronic component and the serial communication between 8031 and personal computer are realized.By using the abundant software resource and high speed compuling function of the computer,the spectrum analysis is finished based on the fast Fourier transform;so the result's maximum, which is taken as the inherent frequency of the rope,can be obtained. As a result, the steel rope's force can also be figured out according to the relation between steel rope's internal force and its inherent frequency.
