新型高温线材打捆机

摘    要:高温线材打捆(包装)机的研制,对改善线性生产厂的自动化水平是一项非常有意义同时又是一项难度极大的任务,在七十-八十年代,国内数家单位为研制此设备曾付出极大的努力,但均未获得成功,笔者参加的课题组继续对此课题进行了三年的研究,并制作了线材打捆机系统的样机,经试验后,在线材生产厂投入试运行,取得了好的效果。本文将介绍这种高温线材打捆机的组成、特点、控制原理及应用情况。

Abstract:The study of developing packing machinery used for coil compactor in high temperature is a meaningful subject , also a very difficult problem for the improvement automation level of steel rolling works . From 1970's to 1980's, several iron and steel works home tried their best to devolop the equipment, but no one succeeded . From 1991 to 1994 , a subject group of the author's joining had carried out the investigation and made the equipment 's model system. After trial and error, the model system has been used in factory test and the better results have been achieved . The packing machinery system's constitution ,control principle, characteristic and its application are introduced.
