| Abstract: | To evaluate the task,the double-certificate system and further the teaching reform and creation of ＂teach to how to fish＂ should be greatly promoted,which is beneficial to the trainers to win better job opportunities and employment potential.To promote the double-certificate system efficiently,impropriety of the system and key obstacles must be resolved. |
